Job Description Join the Clean Energy Revolution Become a
Customer Programs Conservation/Efficiency Senior Specialist at
Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In
this job, the Portfolio Operations and Program Support Services
(POPSS) team supports Energy Efficiency Programs and Contracts. The
team plays a critical role in validating, tracking, processing and
reporting rebates and incentives for customers and contractors. The
POPSS team also supports the portfolio in several areas including
data requests, internal and external audits, contract management,
internal controls, and other compliance related activities. The
Energy Efficiency portfolio is moving towards a third party and
Statewide program structures. As a result, the EE portfolio will
undergo significant changes in business processes and tracking
methodologies which will need to be developed, reviewed, and
updated to support the changing needs of the portfolio. This role
will fill a gap within the existing team by focusing efforts in the
area of Process Development, Quality Control, Data Analytics and
Continuous Improvement for the new third party and statewide
contracts. As a Customer Programs Conservation/Efficiency Senior

and administer established payment processes and procedures to
ensure that portfolio operations are in alignment with program
rules, accounting principles, laws, and industry standards with the
goal of safeguarding assets, minimizing errors, and ensuring that
operational activities are performed to mitigate risk Develop
performance reporting dashboards using Power BI, SharePoint and
other tools to provide management visibility for decision making
and performance tracking as performance metrics and processes are
established and standardized for the Statewide and 3rd party
programs Development and maintenance of payment calculators,
incorporating all required contract elements (e.g., Cost
Effectiveness, Lifecycle Calculations, Energy Savings, Costs, etc.)
Support the Energy Efficiency Portfolio by providing data
analytics, lead process improvement activities and support business
operations Provide analytical and project/program management
support for Energy Efficiency Program Advisors across multiple
customer sectors including, Commercial, Residential, Industrial,
Agricultural, and Public sectors in support of the new 3rd party
and Statewide Energy Efficiency Programs coming online Support
Portfolio Operations as needed which will include Invoice
Processing for 3rd Party Contracts, Dashboard Reporting for key
metrics, Ad Hoc Report Requests, Accruals, Forecasting, Trend
Analysis, and Cost Effectiveness Calculations Support Project and
Program management activities with moderate or significant impact
to program operations and ensure adherence to existing policies and
procedures Qualifications The essentials Five or moreyears of
experience with data analytics, financial modeling, and internal
controls Experience with developing dashboard reports,
presentations and models for tracking program performance using
software tools including MS Excel, Access and PowerBI The preferred
Bachelors degree in applicable profession, business, or technical
field Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g.,
Yellow Belt Certification, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management,
etc.) Familiar with Energy Efficiency concepts (e.g., Cost
Effectiveness, Lifecycle Calculations, Energy Savings, etc.)
Experience identifying customer and business problems and support
the creation of requirements and plans to pursue strategies to
mitigate risk Working with SAP Identifying business problems and
support the Energy Efficiency department in the creation of
requirements and plans to pursue opportunities to address
identified problems. You should know Work Mode: When a
return-to-office date has been determined, this positions work mode
is hybrid . The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set
number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining
