Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advisor-Business Billing & Sales
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer billing concerns through various communication
channels while adhering to security guidelines
Submit and process orders for business customers, including
disconnects and tax exemption paperwork
Serve as the main point of contact for e-Rate & Rural Health Care
Funding inquiries and assist with billing projects and audits
Required Qualifications
Associates degree (or higher) or 2+ years of relevant professional
experience or military service
2+ years of customer service or billing experience
Adherence to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage time
effectively
Familiarity with Microsoft products and customer information
systems
