Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Financial Representative to
engage with members and provide financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Engage members in financial review conversations and provide
personalized recommendations
Assist members through various channels and develop knowledge of
deposit and loan products
Promote credit union products and services while building and
maintaining strong member relationships
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required
1+ years of prior work experience in sales or customer service is
required
Ability to handle confidential matters and remain calm under
pressure
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible
environment
Knowledge of navigating various computer systems effectively
