In this job, you'll lead the support functions for the Field Area Network deployment project including the Project Management Office, Financial Analysis, Work Order Management, Project Communications, Supply Chain Engagement, and General Rate Case (GRC) activities.     • Define and maintain project management structure and standards across FAN workstreams for tracking project scope, schedule, and budget.
    • Collaborate with Organization Unit (OU) PMOs including Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Integrated Work Plan (IWP) and Meter Field Organization to ensure schedule alignment.
    • Define and maintain project governance and controls across work streams.
    • Oversee contract Project Management Office service provider and manage Contract Work Authorizations (CWA) engagements necessary for the FAN project.
    • Lead the development and reporting on project execution metrics and dashboards to maintain situational awareness of project status internally and with external stakeholders / sponsors.
    • Oversee financial analysis and forecasting supporting annual budget of $20-80M .
    • Establish and manage work order structure for network deployment at over 500 unique locations and the replacement of 60,000+ field communication devices.
    • Lead maintenance of business case for FAN.
    • Manage, develop, plan talent and succession planning for FTE SCE team responsible for FAN analytics and support (approximately 4-8 resources). Work directly with vendor for performance concerns for CWs assigned to the project.
    • Work in partnership and collaborate with project team, internal partners, and external vendors to develop statements of work for FAN services. Qualifications The essentials
      • Five (5) years of experience in a direct supervisory or program / project management in planning/operations roles.
      • Strong experience working closely with senior leaders and executives in support of strategic programs, business planning, and operational activities. The preferred
        • Ten (10) years of experience in direct supervisory roles in a sector that includes utility or wireless carrier project execution.
        • Financial analysis and forecasting experience.
        • Experience with General Rate Case testimony process, development, and/or support.
