Position: Customer Service Representative Pay Rate: $18/hr-$20/hr Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4pm Location: San Marcos, Ca Customer Service Representative Key knowledge/skills/experience: Ability to learn high volume of product information and nuanced customer/shipping information Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook Ability to type/key quickly, at least 45 WPM Good verbal and written communication skills Able to build relationships with team members and work collaboratively and effectively with others Detail oriented Excellent dependable work ethic with can-do attitude Thrives in fast paced environment Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with excellent time management skills
