team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative! In this role,
you'll be the friendly face of Frontier who helps customers find
the best internet and communication solutions while delivering
top-tier service right at their doorstep. If you’re outgoing,
goal-driven, and passionate about helping people, Voyager
Consultants wants to work with you! Bilingual Customer Service
Representative duties: Clearly explain Frontier’s products,
services, and promotional offers in residential areas Assist
customers in both English and Spanish Answer questions and address
customer concerns in a residential setting Help customers sign up
for new services and ensure accurate information is recorded
Represent the Frontier brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
