be responsible for developing the strategic and programmatic needs
related to the company's education grant portfolio and report to
the Principal Manager of Corporate Philanthropy and Community
Engagement in Corporate Communications. You will project manage a
diverse portfolio of education grantees through the company's
grantmaking program (approximately $8.0 million budget). In
addition, you will also support key philanthropy projects and
events by developing, implementing, and managing project teams,
program charters, project plans, communications plans, budget
management and lessons learned to ensure all work is completed
within scope.As a Corporate Philanthropy Education Advisor, you
will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions, and create

work smart and shine bright!* Correspond and advise nonprofits
seeking funding, reviewing 200+ proposals, program outcomes,
measurements, and financials. Conduct site visits and due diligence
on current and potential grantees to prepare grant recommendations,
evaluate progress and impact reports.* Serve as a primary contact
for internal stakeholders, grantees in the portfolio, along with
key community partners, nonprofit networks, and funders.* Develop
and implement strategic plans and provide strategic counsel to
senior leaders, employees, and communicators to enhance existing
grantmaking efforts.* Lead the collaboration with internal
departments and cross-functional teams to support external
engagement and signature program related events, communications,
and impact analysis.* Attend various external meetings, events,
presentations, and conferences to represent the Corporate
Philanthropy team in the community and to develop and maintain
organizational visibility and accessibility.* Perform other duties
and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsThe essentials*
Seven or more years of experience leading and/or supporting
programs, projects and/or philanthropic campaigns.* Experience
working with nonprofit and/or community-based organizations.The
preferred* Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Nonprofit or Public
Administration, Business, Political Science, or related field.*
Experience working with Blackbaud grants management system.*
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning and managing
enterprise-wide programs, projects, and engagement plans.* Project
Management coursework or certification.* Excellent written and oral
communication skills with a strong attention to detail.* Critical
thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative
environment.* Must demonstrate effective decision making, results
delivery, team building and the ability to stay current with
relevant technology and innovation.You should know * Work Mode:
When a return-to-office date has been determined, this position's
work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility
for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the
remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to
