In this job, you'll be part of an Asset Management Program for SCE's Generation portfolio, developing maintenance strategies and program for the diverse generation technology assets. A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright! --- Manage the development of Maintenance Programs and Strategies for Generation assets --- Support the maturity of Generation Asset Management Program --- Manage the Wildfire Mitigation Program for Generation --- Develop annual operating plan and manage budget for the workgroup The essentials --- Five (5) or more years managing/supervising an organization/unit or five or more years project management experience. The preferred --- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering --- Five (5) or more years of Generation Utility experience --- Three (3) or more years of experience with Generation Maintenance Programs --- Two (2) or more years of working with Institute of Asset Management's or ISO 55000's Asset Management Framework You should know --- This position's work mode is hybrid.? The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.? Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California.? Once hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing necessary job duties.
