Key Responsibilities
Build production-grade APIs and backend infrastructure for
AI-powered workflows
Create scalable Rails services with fast, clean code and strong
test coverage
Develop features supporting AI agents, content pipelines, and
real-time messaging
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Rails 6+ or 7+
Proficient in building clean, scalable APIs and database designs
(PostgreSQL, Redis)
Deep knowledge of performance, caching, Sidekiq, and RSpec
Experience integrating LLM APIs and building agent-driven
workflows
Understanding of prompt design, vector search, or LangChain-style
orchestration
