You will be the Systems Engineer Stf for the ADP Technical Team
which is responsible for delivering advanced system engineering
solutions to our customers. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems
Engineer Stf you will be responsible for translating customer needs
into clear requirements and technical deliverables while driving
cross?functional collaboration and anomaly investigation. Your
responsibilities will include: Develop and author requirements and
supporting documentation aligned with customer needs. Coordinate
with cross?functional teams to ensure seamless integration and
timely delivery. Investigate and resolve technical anomalies that
impact schedule or performance. Apply system?engineering principles
to meet milestones, manage risk, and validate solutions.
Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders to

selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to
start. This position is in Palmdale, CA Discover Palmdale. Basic
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline or
non-technical degree with 8 years of relevant experience •
Experience integrating and testing hardware and/or software Desired
skills • Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) System integration lab. •
Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile team environment •
Experience with tracking tools (JIRA, GitLab, GitHub, etc) •
Eggplant, Cucumber or other system test automation tooling •
Experience with Omniview and Mission Planning conops • Ability to
develop and communicate long term hardware integration strategies •
Experience developing BOEs to support proposals • Technical
leadership experience of small teams • Ability to build and
maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in
constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics • Security
Certification • TS/SCI Clearance will be required for this role

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Security Clearance Information This position requires a
government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for
consideration. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this
position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most
major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for

incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $125,600 - $217,695. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
