Contractor Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs (Remote)Summary of Job Descriptions:
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition Support function and supporting Talent Acquisition Partners in achieving Pandas annual Operations staffing goals. This position develops resources to support the attraction, candidate experience and overall onboarding for Operations talent. The Senior Manager establishes external relationships and networks with new sources regularly to ensure Panda becomes an employer of choice. The Senior Manager is responsible for selecting, managing, and training the Talent Acquisition Support team members. This position may travel to other locations to provide in-person recruitment support to Operations and/or to assist/train Talent Acquisition team members.Youll get a chance to:

  • Be responsible for HR recruiting communications for Operations.
  • Drive initiatives that increase and maintain a strong employment brand awareness.
  • Partner with Marketing, PR/Communications, and HR teams to maintain and continually evolve the companys employment value and achieve its goal of being an employer of choice.
  • Lead targeted recruiting campaigns.
  • Manage recruitment metrics and trends to drive recruitment messages and campaigns.
  • Review current recruiting practices and programs, including technology (Taleo, etc.), to identify areas for improvement.
  • Test and experiment with new Operations recruiting practices.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to improve employment brand awareness; identifies and implements strategies that increase and maintain a strong employment brand.
  • Manage a team responsible for the day-to-day talent acquisition for Operations associates (background check, open house, pilot new candidate generation programs/tools).
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership team to build process and create solutions to address hiring needs (i.e., hiring campaigns, events, and other relevant initiatives).
  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition budget, reviewing invoices, providing analytical view of the Talent Acquisition spend, and providing recommendations/solutions to maximize spend to the Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Oversee recruiting staff in pre-employment background and reference checks, testing, and employment offers, managing the process for preparing and extending job offers conducted by the Field Recruiters.
  • Collaborate with Field HR and Operations leadership on recruiting efforts and results.
  • Prepare and provide reports on recruitment outcomes.

      • Minimum seven years of increasing management responsibility for field recruiting or program/project management in a retail restaurant/hospitality environment
      • If hired, successful completion of annual store training.
