You will play a key role in supporting all aspects of overseeing the development of department metrics, project delivery oversight and performance management within the Cyber team. This includes presenting both project and operational activities to senior IT leadership, help with controlling the intake of projects, aligning initiatives, and handling the demand on the team resources. Assist with developing prioritized project lists, and develop an integrated schedule between various efforts in Cybersecurity. You will resolve forecasted capacity requirements for both resources, as well as technology deployments. Serve as one of the central points of contact between Cybersecurity collaborators as well as other groups in IT and other OU's. Lead the day-to-day operation and reporting function of the Cybersecurity Engineering Review Board. Your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone.     • Act as a single point of contact for reporting of all Cybersecurity Operations and Technology metrics and performance indicators at the program level.
    • Perform evaluations of new cybersecurity functions and data sources as it relates to measures of success on return on investment (ROI) strategies for people, processes, and technology functions.
    • Provide oversight and consolidates status of all upcoming and in-flight projects at the Cybersecurity program management level and for regular status and health checks for Cybersecurity Leadership.
    • Assist in maintaining current, emerging, and future Cybersecurity capabilities and investments for our strategic 5-year roadmap.
    • Guide the design, development, and publishing of operational, performance and risk reduction dashboards.
    • Facilitate Cybersecurity program development between IT Operation Teams and Cybersecurity Operations and Technology though workshops, process design and optimization between the appropriate IT and business tower collaborators. Qualifications
      The essentials
      • Seven (7) or more years leading IT projects/ programs.
      • Five (5) or more years Program Management of multiple products/ programs/ projects/ organizational goals
      • Experience in program and project management, implementing Cyber Security policies/ standards/ baselines
      • Experience and solid understanding of technical platforms, cloud services, operating systems, and infrastructure
      • Experience and strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail
      • Presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical collaborators/customers The preferred
        • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or IT related field.
        • Five (5) or more years of cybersecurity experience.
        • Experience (AGILE SAFe Project Management)
        • Experience working with or implementing NIST, MITRE or other Cybersecurity standards frameworks.
        • Active PMP, SAFe, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or similar professional certifications
        • Experience pulling and synthesizing data from various sources, cost-benefit analysis, risk management, bow-tie analysis and/or Key Performance Indicators / Key Risk Indicators
        • Experience with financial modeling, advanced analytics, data modeling and/or statistical analysis
        • Experience developing and scaling new initiatives
        • Ability to develop communication materials and facilitate decision-making conversations with executive/ senior leadership teams

          • This position's work mode ishybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.

          • The primary work location for this position is Rosemead, CA however, the successful candidate may also be asked to work for an extended amount of time being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory.
          • Position may require up to 5 - 10% traveling between alternate SCE work location sites.
          • This position has been identified as a NERC/CIP impacted position - Prior to being hired, the successful candidate must pass a Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) or Background Investigation. Once hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing necessary job duties.
          • Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work directly as employees for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
