Uncle Tetsu Assistant Manager/General Manager - Rosemead, CA (31016)You are in charge of the operation of the bakery.     • Food Safety: Serve Safe certified
    • High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
    • Minimum one to two years of Operations experience
    • Must pass annual Cooking Test -
    • Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsAssistant Manager Pay Range: -$21.00 - $28.00 / Hour + potential Bonus
      General Manager Pay Range: -$24.48 - $34.27 / Hour + potential Bonus
      *Actual earnings may/will vary based upon total hours worked, the applicable hourly wage rate, overtime pay, bonuses and benefits.ADA Statement:While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees may be required to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers.
