Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of School Nursing to lead
and oversee health programs across a school network.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and oversee the school's health programs in
collaboration with medical authorities and school leaders
Ensure compliance with health regulations, including immunization
requirements and mandated health screenings
Lead and manage the network-wide health team, providing supervision
and training for school nurses
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of school nursing experience with proven
leadership in health program management
Illinois PEL required
Registered Nurse (RN) license required, with additional
certifications in school nursing preferred
Experience in developing policies and supporting a team of health
professionals
Strong organizational and documentation skills
