Key Responsibilities
Execute annual business plan to achieve volume, profitability, and
strategic objectives
Drive service commercial strategy and manage service sales
offers
Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence through
effective dealer support and governance
Required Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related
field
10-15 years of experience in aftersales/commercial with relevant
leadership experience
Strong background in spare parts, service, retail development, and
technical support in the automotive industry
Understanding of Latin America trucks/automotive businesses
Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
