Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Application Security
Engineering to lead its application security program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive application security strategy
focused on automation and proactive measures
Lead and mentor a team of application security engineers, promoting
a culture of innovation and collaboration
Drive the integration of security testing into CI/CD pipelines and
evaluate new application security technologies
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or a related technology
risk role
5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing security
and/or engineering teams
Deep understanding of application security principles and common
vulnerabilities
Hands-on experience with security tools and integrating security
into CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency in scripting languages and knowledge of cloud security
principles
