A company is looking for a Director, Patient Experience &
Reimbursement Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic vision for analytics in specialty pharmacy and
hub services
Design and implement frameworks to enhance patient experience and
access to therapies
Analyze reimbursement data to optimize therapy access and track
performance metrics
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, focusing on patient
services and reimbursement
Strong expertise in statistical modeling and analytics tools (e.g.,
Python, R, SQL)
Experience with US healthcare reimbursement processes
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics,
Statistics, Data Science)
Ability to translate complex data insights into business
recommendations
