Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Documentation
Audits to oversee clinical documentation audits and ensure
compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage clinical chart audits for documentation
completeness and compliance
Provide training and support on documentation standards and
compliance protocols
Supervise and mentor a team of clinical chart auditors while
leading documentation improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a
related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health or substance
use disorder settings
Clinical licensure in state of residence; multi-state licensure
preferred
Preferred credentials include CHC, RHIT, RHIA, or related
certifications
