Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit Union Implementation Manager
to lead the onboarding and relationship management of credit union
partners for their Medicare partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Own the implementation process for new credit union partners from
kickoff to full program deployment
Coordinate project timelines, training delivery, and onboarding
documentation
Serve as the main point of contact for credit union stakeholders
and collaborate with local Medicare agents for training and
education
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or
partner success roles
Background in insurance, Medicare, financial services, or B2B2C
platform partnerships
Prior experience in data collection and analysis for informed
decision-making
Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software
like Asana
Passion for helping others make informed decisions regarding
retirement and healthcare
