Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, HOKA DTC Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of merchandise
planners
Bridge commercial goals with operational capabilities and align
with strategic initiatives
Own the creation and execution of DTC sales and inventory plans
across channels
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory
management, buying, or finance within a retail environment
6+ years of people leadership experience managing a team of 4 or
more
Hands-on experience managing both brick & mortar and eCommerce
businesses with at least $300M in annual revenue
Proven ability to drive and deliver against financial targets
through analysis and planning
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in data-heavy
environments
