Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of IT responsible for
shaping and executing IT strategy with a focus on Help Desk,
Applications Management, and IT Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with organizational
goals
Manage the Help Desk team to ensure effective user issue
resolution
Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, and
storage systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field
5-8 years of experience managing IT operations, specifically Help
Desk and infrastructure
Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, Microsoft 365, and
Intune
Proven leadership in managing and mentoring IT teams
Deep knowledge of IT security practices and compliance
standards
