Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Artist Royalties.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze artist contracts for royalty obligations and prepare
contract brief summaries
Entry of royalty terms into the system, including creating accounts
and running reports
Manage period end tasks, vendor setups, and serve as a point of
contact for artist royalty clients
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a recorded music
company
Four-year college degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or
equivalent work experience
Proficient in reading and interpreting artist contracts and
statements
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of royalty accounting systems
