Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Specialist I - Government
Payors (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Perform follow-up on outstanding insurance balances and document
actions taken for resolution
Analyze assigned accounts and handle inbound and outbound calls
with professionalism
Comply with all local, state, and federal laws while maintaining
current knowledge of applicable regulations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
0-1 years of experience in customer service preferred
Knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and E-mail software
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred
