Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist Practice Opportunity BHC Alhambra Hospital, Rosemead, California
Full-Time, 1099/Independent Contractor Inpatient and Outpatient BHC Alhambra Hospital is seeking a qualified and compassionate Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team as a full-time independent contractor. This role will include a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, treating patients across various age groups with a range of psychiatric conditions. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you ll provide essential mental health services that help to improve the well-being and recovery of our patients. Job Details:

• 1099/independent contractor arrangement with excellent earnings potential.
• Highly collaborative and dynamic medical staff with a supportive and well-established administration team.
• Diverse payor mix.
• Highly autonomous role with a flexible schedule.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient (PHP, IOP) services, with a daily inpatient caseload of 15 plus outpatients weekly.
• A mixed daily caseload consisting of child, adolescent and adult patients.
• Each physician is responsible for securing coverage for their patients 7 days per week via shared coverage with current medical staff. Job Requirements:
• MD/DO degree from an accredited program is required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Licensed to practice in the State of CA or the ability to obtain a CA medical license.
• Ability to provide care and bill for services rendered to patients with Medicare, Medicaid, or other state or federally funded insurance programs is required.
