Job Description Job Description Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Location: Riverside, California Job Type: Full-Time | Outpatient Only | 40 Hours per Week Compensation: $268,000 – $380,000 annually (depending on specialty and experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Position Overview Join a mission-driven, nonprofit community health center serving Riverside and surrounding areas. We’re seeking a Primary Care Physician trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to provide high-quality, compassionate care in an outpatient-only setting. This is a stable weekday role—Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM—with no nights, weekends, or inpatient call. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and acute visits. Diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs. Prescribe medications and administer vaccinations. Provide prenatal or postnatal care (as within training and scope). Coordinate referrals and transitions of care. Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams including nursing and behavioral health. Participate in meetings, quality initiatives, and staff training. Precept medical students or residents as needed. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Active California medical license. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Current DEA registration and BLS certification. Bilingual in English and Spanish or Arabic preferred.
