Job Description Primary Care Physician Montclair & Covina, California Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal , a physician-led, multi-specialty surgical group, is actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality outpatient primary care while also participating in inpatient rounding for general surgery patients at affiliated hospitals. What You'll Do Provide outpatient primary care at the Montclair clinic and satellite Covina location Participate in inpatient rounding for general surgery patients at affiliated hospitals (Emanate Health, Pomona Valley, Prime Healthcare) Collaborate with a multi-specialty team to support patient-centered care Utilize state-of-the-art surgical technology and resources What We're Looking For Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Comfortable managing both outpatient and inpatient care responsibilities Bilingual skills and procedural capabilities are a plus Commitment to collaboration and high-quality patient care Why You'll Love Working Here Starting base salary: $270,000/year (W2, negotiable) Open to productivity-based compensation models Flexible full-time or part-time schedule Supportive, multi-specialty, collaborative environment Access to cutting-edge surgical technology About Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal Founded by Anthony S.
