Sterile Processing Tech Location: Long Beach, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc. Pay: $1,280 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Contract Type: Staffing – Supplier Sourced Contract Duration: 04/20/2026(~13 weeks) Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week Shift: 1st shift – 6am-2:30pm Responsibilities Decontaminate and reassemble surgical instruments using PPE. Operate washers, sterilizers, and other processing equipment. Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and damage. Document missing or damaged instruments. Maintain accurate sterilization and inventory records. Clean and organize workstations and decontamination areas. Participate in ongoing training and perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Required Skills & Experience 1 year hands-on sterile processing experience. Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization techniques, and infection control. Familiarity with ANSI/AAMI standards and manufacturer IFUs. Skill with washer disinfectors, autoclaves, and related equipment. Attention to detail, ability to multitask, basic computer skills, and teamwork. Must be willing to receive required vaccinations and health screenings. Education: High school diploma or equivalent Certifications: CRCST or CIS preferred
