Job Description:

as a Garde Manger. With a presence in 139 countries and a

seek a dedicated individual to oversee the preparation of cold
dishes and ensure impeccable food presentation at our numerous
properties. As a Garde Manger, you will be integral to maintaining
our high standards and contributing to an unforgettable dining
experience. Prepare a variety of cold dishes including salads, hors
d'oeuvres, and other appetizers. Carve meats and prepare seafood
delicately. Ensure the quality and freshness of all display items
and cold buffet setups. Collaborate with other culinary staff to
maintain adequate supplies and manage inventory. Train and
supervise junior staff on proper handling and presentation
techniques. Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety
regulations. Expertise in food preparation and presentation of cold
dishes. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced
environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Medical
