We are hiring a Human Resources (HR) Generalist who will work independently to lead all functions within the HR Department. In this role, you will positively impact our company culture and engage our employees as we grow. The HR Generalist will proactively anticipate and respond to organizational change while managing the day-to-day operations of the HR Department, supporting and advancing organizational goals as a strategic business partner.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the company's trusted point of contact for all aspects of HR.
Drive talent acquisition strategy with sourcing, interviewing and hiring top talent well-aligned with the vision and goals for the organization.
Onboard new hires and conduct orientation with focus on the employee experience, and integration into their respective teams and our company culture.
Culture ambassador of our values by driving activities to maintain a high level of engagement.
Provide training, development and coaching to employees and management.
Partner with department leaders on performance management and mentoring conversations.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues objectively and thoroughly, recognizing when to escalate to senior leadership and/or implement disciplinary action when appropriate.
Maintain a high-level of confidentiality when conducting investigations and documentation into employee concerns and/or allegations of misconduct.
Maintain compliance with associated local, state and federal regulations (e.g., Wage and Hour laws, Workers Compensation, OSHA, FLSA, EEO, ADA, CFRA, PFL, CDC, DPH, etc.)
Drive HR solutions according to organization needs and recommend and implement new approaches, policies and procedures to align departments with business objectives.
Maintain records of employee personnel files and confidential company documents.
Responsible for the administration of all activities within HR including but not limited to: medical and dental benefits, 401(k) enrollment, time and attendance matters, sick leave and vacation requests, leaves of absences, workers compensation, requests for information, correspondence with external partners and government agencies, employee verifications etc.
Manage company-wide terminations and separations.
Coordinate, facilitate and encourage team building and office activities.
Manage the day-today smooth running of an office including booking and organizing meetings, transportation, travel arrangements etc.
Monitor the cleaning crew and ensure that the company is stocked with supplies.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
4+ years of experience in Human Resources with emphasis in employee relations and talent management
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
Strong understanding of best practices within Human Resources
Expertise in navigating within ambiguous situations with high levels of autonomy
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
High-level of emotional intelligence in taking a diplomatic approach to difficult conversations
Strong knowledge of employment law with staying current on legislative updates on all applicable local, state and federal regulations
Impeccable analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced organization

Schedule:
Full-time
Monday to Friday
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
On-site (not remote)

Salary commensurate with experience.
