Summary Of Job Descriptions
The Learning & Development Trainer position is responsible for
conducting training programs, seminars, and conferences for
Operations and Support Center associates. This position facilitates
GO classes and assists with monitoring and evaluating training
program effectiveness. This position also assists with providing
feedback on GO participant performance.
Essential Functions
The essential functions in this job description are not
all-inclusive of this job's duties and responsibilities. Reliable
and dependable attendance is required.
You'll get a chance to:
Conducts training programs, seminars, and conferences for
Operations and Support Center associates. Delivers training
materials for GO, UOP, and special seminar classes. Stays current
on learning trends and approaches to incorporate in Learning &
Development offerings.
Assists with monitoring and evaluating training program
effectiveness based on feedback and other evaluation techniques to
ensure participants are absorbing the course content and able to
apply it.
Presents information in courses using a variety of instructional
techniques and formats in order to ensure the information is
understood and absorbed by participants.
Assists in evaluating GO participant performance in courses and
provides feedback and coaching throughout the course and at its
conclusion.

Your background & experience:
Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field.
Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development,
preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment, may
include Operations TL experience
Successful completion of annual store training.
