HR Coordinator

Hybrid --- Going into office 1-2 times a week



We need an experienced HR Coordinator with 3+ years of experience in a HR related discipline. This is for a well-established company so lots of stability!



Day to day responsibilities

--- Responsible for guiding new hires, rehires and internal moves through the onboarding process in a timely manner; Initiate background checks and medical screening requests within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs); Ensure all Onboarding paperwork and Form I-9 is accurately completed and submitted timely

--- Develops solutions and recommendations that are consistent with current regulations, policy guidelines, and processing protocols.

--- Builds and maintains positive relationships with business partners including management, key area representatives, and the HR Services team.



Required Skills

--- Must have a minimum of three years of experience in a HR related discipline

--- Must have experience managing/overseeing/performing onboarding related tasks

--- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and cloud-based collaboration tools
