You will do this by delivering innovative technology solutions to our customers. You will work with a team of engineers and senior program managers to implement emerging technology programs to support SCE's energy efficiency and demand response programs.     A day in the life-Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright! -
    • Interface with senior management to present issues, propose and implement solutions, and ensure performance and compliance of third-party Energy Efficiency (EE) contract for the Statewide Electric Emerging Technologies (ET) program. -
    • Work with implementers to proactively address concerns with the contract, negotiate term sheets, amend contracts, and mitigate and resolve disputes, as necessary. -
    • Provide input as a contract subject matter expert to support development and updates of process maps, and design and integration of processes, systems, tools, and controls for administration of the new Statewide ET Program contract.
    • Provide continuous oversight to technology evaluation and assessment projects in order to support SCE's EE portfolio as well as ensure the ET program meets its goals. -
    • QA/QC and data entry in the statewide ET database will be one of the core responsibilities to ensure integrity of the information.
    • Continuously scan the market for new EE and Demand Response (DR) technologies to grow knowledge of emerging market trends and advise SCE stakeholders, implementers, technology developers, research organizations, and others of SCE's customer technology needs. Qualifications
      The essentials
      • Bachelor's degree or higher in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline. -
      • Seven or more years of combined experience in any of the following: contract management, program management, business operations, project consulting or similar skillset.
      • Two or more years of experience managing large contracts, negotiating amendments, and resolving contract disputes.
      • Experience with energy efficiency programs and policies.
      • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Power Point. The preferred -
        • Certified Energy Manager; P.E. License.
        • Experience in California Utility DSM programs, including ample knowledge of energy efficient and demand response technologies or products.
        • Experience with financial analysis. -
        • Experience with preferred resources or conventional power contract origination. -
        • Collaborative and team player.
        • Experience presenting to and influencing senior management.

          • Work Mode: -When a return-to-office date is determined, -this position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
