Job Description:
A company is looking for a PostgreSQL Database Administrator
(DBA) - DBaaS Environment (Level 3).
Key Responsibilities
Design, install, and configure PostgreSQL clusters in DBaaS
environments using IaC tools
Optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement
high availability solutions
Automate workflows, monitor systems, and mentor junior DBAs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or
equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience as a PostgreSQL DBA, with 4+ years in
DBaaS/cloud environments
Expertise in PostgreSQL 12+, cloud platforms, and HA/DR tools
Proficiency in scripting (Python/Shell) and IaC tools (Terraform,
Ansible)
Preferred certifications include PostgreSQL Certified Engineer and
cloud platform certifications
