Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Level Technical Editor.
Key Responsibilities
Edit and format scientific technical reports and marketing
proposals for correctness and adherence to style guidelines
Work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and
communicate effectively with project managers and authors
Collaborate with other editors to ensure consistency and track
updates to style sheets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
At least three (3) years of relevant technical editing
experience
Science background or technical knowledge in environmental
consulting, biological sciences, or cultural resources is highly
desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Word, especially Track Changes and Styles
functions
Ability to translate technical jargon into plain language
