Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Quality Assurance Lead to
guide its QA team in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a small team of QA professionals
Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test scenarios for
manual and automated testing
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration
of QA processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Proven experience in software quality assurance, focusing on manual
and automated testing
Proficiency in test automation tools, preferably Playwright
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven
Development (BDD)
Certification in software quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB)
preferred
