Job Description:
A company is looking for an AWS Connect - Lex / Chat
Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the design, development, and delivery of IVR
solutions
Develop efficient and high-performance call flows and create unit
tests
Collaborate within an Agile framework and ensure code follows
DevOps practices
Required Qualifications
Experience with Amazon Connect development
Proficiency in AWS Connect, LEX, Node.js, DynamoDB, and basic
knowledge of TypeScript and React
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in self-service call flows and complex systems/database
integrations
