Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Tester Lead (Director or Manager)
specializing in QNXT testing and D-SNP within California health
plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee end-to-end QA efforts for QNXT systems supporting
D-SNP programs in California
Manage QA teams, providing strategic direction and performance
oversight to meet quality objectives
Act as a trusted QA consultant, interfacing with executives and
stakeholders to present testing strategies and results
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 5+ years in
a QA Manager or Director role in healthcare
Minimum 3 years of direct QNXT experience within California health
plans
Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary QA teams in complex
healthcare implementations
Deep understanding of the entire healthcare lifecycle, including
claims and regulatory testing
Extensive background in manual testing with the ability to design
strategic test plans
