partner with a leading AmLaw 100 national firm in its search for a
Litigation Associate (4–6 years of experience) to join its
high-performing team in Los Angeles . This is an exceptional
opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters for major
clients across a wide range of industries — all within a nationally
recognized litigation practice. Position Overview: As a member of
the firm’s Litigation Group, the successful candidate will handle a
diverse portfolio of sophisticated litigation matters in both state
and federal courts. You'll work alongside top-tier attorneys on
high-stakes cases and have the opportunity to build strong client
relationships while continuing to develop your legal skills in a
fast-paced, collaborative environment. Qualifications: 4–6 years of
experience in complex commercial litigation (e.g. business
disputes, corporate governance, antitrust, false advertising,
securities, class actions) Courtroom experience preferred Prior
experience at an AmLaw 100 firm J.D. from a nationally recognized,
accredited law school , top 30% of class Admitted to practice in
California Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate: Strong writing,
research, and oral advocacy skills (Law Review or similar
experience is a plus) Excellent project and case management
abilities Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume,
complex litigation environment A collaborative mindset and
team-oriented work ethic Compensation: Base salary:
$270,000–$325,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Bonus eligibility: Performance- and hours-based bonuses available
Location: Los Angeles, CA (in-office or hybrid structure)
