The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling complex commercial disputes, including but not limited to securities litigation, shareholder disputes, and partnership disputes. This role is essential for providing expert legal counsel and representation to our clients in high-stakes litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee complex commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex issues related to commercial disputes. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to the client's objectives. Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and arbitration proceedings. Advise clients on legal rights, options, and potential outcomes of their cases. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting commercial litigation. Qualifications Barred in CA JD from an accredited law school. 3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. Proven track record with securities litigation and shareholder disputes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
