NOW HIRING: Senior Negotiator / Pre-Litigation Attorney Compensation: $150K–$200K Bonuses Location: Orange County, CA (100% In-Office) A fast-growing personal injury firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Negotiator & Pre-Litigation Attorney to lead negotiations, craft compelling demand packages, and drive high-value settlements. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at transforming complex injury cases into meaningful recoveries for clients. We’re looking for a professional who approaches each case with care, urgency, and the mindset to take it all the way—ensuring every client receives exceptional representation from start to finish. What You Will Do Lead settlement negotiations with insurance carriers and defense firms to maximize client recoveries. Review and analyze demand packages to identify key liability, damages, and case themes. Develop and execute negotiation strategies for high-value cases, including those involving significant policy limits. Communicate effectively with adjusters, defense counsel, and internal teams. Maintain precise documentation of negotiations, case progress, and all communications. Partner closely with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure seamless case flow. Keep consistent written and verbal communication with clients. Ensure all deadlines, tasks, and case milestones are accurate and updated. What We’re Looking For 6 years of Personal Injury experience , ideally in negotiation, demand writing, or case management. JD and active CA Bar license required. Proven success negotiating high-value cases ($250K policy limits). Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
