Reasons Eating Disorder Center (Reasons) is seeking candidate professionals, preferably with previous experience working with LGBT+ communities, to provide compassionate care to our diverse patients for our residential treatment facilities located in beautiful, intimate six-bed houses in the Pasadena, San Marino and the Arcadia neighborhoods of the Los Angeles area. Minimum Requirement:

• High School Degree or equivalent preferred
• We will provide training for caring, compassionate and interested hires.
• May be required to work overtime and flexible hours

Job Description: Working under the direction of a RN, LVN or LPT, the Mental Health Worker functions as an active part of the treatment team and provides continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to our eating disorder patients. Daily responsibilities include (not limited to): accurately administer and record vital signs; observe, assess and document a resident's appearance, behavior or ability to work toward treatment plan goals; effectively and professionally communicate with clinical team, staff, patients and customers.
