Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.
Responsible for top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options
Support the marketing work of other team members
Assist in the organizing of in-person appointments or events

Requirements:
1 year CSR/Management/Sales experience, OR college degree in related field
Great communication skills
Goal-Oriented
Good work ethic
Excellent attitude
Strong verbal communication skills

The Customer Service position is entry-level and full time.
