responsible for overseeing and executing SCE's cyber security
policy framework, assuring appropriate enterprise cybersecurity
requirements are implemented to align with industry standards and

day in the life - Get ready to think big, work** **smart** **and
shine** **bright!**+ Handle and mature the cyber security policy
framework (policies, standards, and control baselines), and
integrate by partnering with control owners.+ Lead working groups
to capture policy requirements and feedback from SMEs and
collaborators across the organization+ Update the policies &
standards on feedback+ Deliver targeted training to users regarding
updates to the cybersecurity framework+ Produce job aids regarding
how non-technical users are to use the framework+ Track and report
on project status of policy updates, including producing metrics+
Build a heat map of approved cybersecurity policy framework
exceptions, taking action on areas within the framework that needs
improvement or further education+ Implement an attestation process
to confirm accuracy and use of applicable policies and standards+
Provide updates to leadership teams on program framework maturity,
risk mitigation, and strategy implementation progress+ Know the
latest relevant industry standards (ex. NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, ISO
27002), and assure appropriate mapping updates are current with
these industry standards**Qualifications****The essentials**+ Ten
(10) or more years of experience within Cyber Security, with
practical experience in writing Cyber Security policies, standards,
baselines+ Experience and solid understanding of industry
standards, such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001+ Experience and
proficiency in technical writing+ Experience in program and project
management, implementing Cyber Security policies/ standards/
baselines+ Experience and solid understanding of technical
platforms, cloud services, operating systems, and infrastructure+
Experience and strong analytical, research, and problem-solving
skills, as well as attention to detail+ Strong presentation,
written and verbal communication skills**The preferred**+
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science,
Information Systems, or related field of study.+ Experience and
working knowledge of Electric Grid (OT) processes, procedures,
operating environments, technologies, and operating constraints+
Active CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or similar professional
certifications, or able to attain+ Experience integrating NIST
800-82 control systems standards into existing cyber security
standards+ Experience and working knowledge of standard electric
industry PLC and SCADA/HMI systems**You should know**+ This
position's work mode is **hybrid** .? The employee will report to
an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work
remotely on the remaining days.? Unless otherwise noted, employees
are required to reside in the state of California.? Further details

is Rosemead, CA however, the successful candidate may also be asked
to work for an extended amount of time being out in the field
throughout the SCE service territory.+ Position may require up to
5-10% traveling between alternate SCE work location sites.+ This
position has been identified as a NERC/CIP impacted position -
Prior to being hired, the successful candidate must pass a
Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) or Background Investigation. Once
hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to
gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing
necessary job duties.+ Candidates for this position must be legally
authorized to work directly as employees for any employer in the
United States without visa sponsorship.+ US Citizenship required as
part of Critical Infrastructure security protocols.**Testing**+
This position requires testing and applicants who are identified to
