Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative,
Level 1.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing
exceptional service and technical support
Troubleshoot product issues and guide users through resolutions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team while ensuring
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education
Previous experience in a technical support role is desirable
Understanding of cloud-based technologies and systems
Ability to empathize with clients and understand their needs
Resourcefulness and initiative in problem-solving
Good personal time management and organizational skills
