Job Description:
A company is looking for a P&C Licensed Member Experience
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer inquiries using operating standards and knowledge
base information
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and follow up with
policyholders through outbound calls and emails
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring professionalism and
collaboration within the team
Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
A minimum of one (1) year of call center experience
Previous customer service experience required
Demonstrated success working in a remote environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
