Key Responsibilities
Guide and support assigned divisions to align HR strategies with
organizational objectives
Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to enhance
engagement and performance
Leverage data-driven insights to improve HR processes and manage
organizational changes
Required Qualifications
Previous experience as a Human Resource Business Partner
Bachelor's degree in HR or a relevant field
Proficiency with HRIS systems
Experience supporting 100+ associates
Familiarity with employment paperwork and payroll procedures
