Job Description:
A company is looking for a Migrant Program Worker 8-E10 in Van
Buren County.
Key Responsibilities
Interview and assess the needs of Migrant clients to provide
appropriate assistance
Guide and encourage clients while making necessary referrals to
meet their needs
Inform clients about eligibility requirements for financial
assistance from DHHS
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Completion of two years of college (60 semester or 90 term
credits)
Experience as a Migrant Program Worker or equivalent experience in
human services
Competency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in
Spanish and English
Alternate education may include one year of college and three years
of relevant experience
Four years of administrative support experience may substitute for
the education requirement
