Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pricing and Proposal Specialist with
strong construction estimating experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead construction-related proposal deliverables in response to
commercial and grant-funded RFPs
Develop detailed construction budgets, cost estimating tools, and
analyze vendor proposals and change orders for fair market
pricing
Interpret and prepare construction-related materials for grant
applications and funding submissions
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience in construction estimating, project
budgeting, and proposal preparation
Proven experience with construction projects and estimating
software
Familiarity with grant application and administration related to
site development and infrastructure
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
