Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capacity Coordinator to ensure
efficient resource utilization and optimize scheduling within the
operations organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain understanding of Frontend COEs tasks for
effective quality investigation and capacity coordination
Conduct investigations on quality-related cases to identify errors
and root causes, addressing process gaps
Optimize schedule utilization and track PTO and shrinkage for
efficient resource allocation
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for data
handling and report creation
Employed at ExactCare for at least 6 months
Maintain a positive standing in terms of performance and
attendance
Possess a high level of expertise in patient care tasks performed
by ExactCare
Understand ExactCare processes to identify gaps or defects related
to quality-related events
