Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calculation and recovery of offsets, settlements, and
overpayments of disability claims
Collaborate with vendors and claims case managers to resolve issues
and improve efficiencies
Analyze complex financial payments and negotiate settlements while
adhering to guidelines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
0-1+ years of claims experience with an Associate's Degree or
above, or 2-3 years of relevant claims experience without a
degree
Ability to navigate multiple systems/databases/software
Research and data entry experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
